Late Arrival: Insurance companies can only be billed for the time spent in session with the provider. You will be billed for the missed portion of your appointment. If you are “self-pay” you will be billed for the time scheduled regardless of your arrival time. If you have not called and have not arrived 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the provider will consider you a “no show” and may not be available for any of the remaining scheduled time. Please call if you intend to keep your appointment but are running late.

Insurance and Sliding Scale Policies:

It is the mission of Frontline Therapy LLC to provide affordable mental health services for the community without regard to a person's ability to pay. Patients will have the opportunity to discuss their payment options at the time of check-in at the office or afterward with their provider.

Insurance: Frontline Therapy LLC currently accepts most Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama policies, New Directions, and Cigna. Patients with insurance plan(s) are expected to pay the co-payment amount that has been established by their insurance company at the time of service. Frontline Therapy will bill a patient's insurance for all services; patients may be responsible for additional expenses not covered by their insurance company. We will make every attempt to help patients understand their coverage, charges, and discounts available to them.
